BSF Business Designs is committed to empowering and giving back to the community.
Our founder has launched a radio podcast, The Grind Behind the Business, which offers promotional support to entrepreneurs completely FREE, while also assisting with marketing, promoting connections, and encouraging them to reach their goals.
Our Adult Training Initiative - works with local organizations, churches, and community agencies to congregants, members, groups, or clients with essential insights and through our workshop training.
Our Teen Entrepreneurial Program - aims to inspire and equip teens aged 13 - 18 with vital entrepreneurial skills. We are excited announce our new partnerships with Jehovah Jireh Family Center, Gemini Foundation, and the TEEP Foundation to deliver community teen entrepreneurial workshop in 2026. This comprehensive 10-week program will enhance creativity, foster business acumen, and develop leadership abilities in teens.

Meet Beverly Francois, Trinidadian-born entrepreneur and multi -talented individual who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business focusing on Management from the University of Phoenix. She has significantly succeeded as a business owner, author, coach, radio host and mentor. Beverly possesses remarkable planning, leadership, and management skills and excels in taking control of an operation or project and elevating its performance. With 18 years of experience in healthcare and contract management under her belt, and her exceptional skills were evident in her ability to lead a team as a Sr. Analyst, train employees and resolve rate issues while working for Aetna Inc.

"I was blessed to work as the senior Analyst for a department at a health insurance company, Aetna Inc. I gained an incredible amount of skills. Over the years, the company’s infrastructure started changing and laying off employees too often. I became increasingly dissatisfied and uneasy about my job at Aetna. I sensed the urge to take a leap of faith. I wanted to start a non-profit shelter. I counted the cost and knew the journey would not be easy. As I look back at the unweaving leap of faith that I took, I realize how much God has guided my steps to success. The gained wisdom, experiences, and expertise in business have enabled me to guide countless entrepreneurs towards success."

Beverly Francois also stands out for her unwavering commitment in assisting women and children who are struggling with displacement, and homelessness. She is know for coaching and mentoring the less fortunate, making a positive impact on their lives. Beverly was also actively involved in educating at-risk women and children, and fighting against homelessness, particularly for women. In November of 2013, she established a non-profit shelter, the Jehovah Jireh Family Center, to support women and children in need.
She is well known for inspiring and motivating many individuals in achieving their business goals. Her 20 years of business experience, and unwavering faith have enabled her to guide countless entrepreneurs towards success. Now she offers spiritual guidance, business tools, motivation, and insights in her new book The Spiritual Guide To Birthing Of A Business, which has become a movement.

Presently Miss Francois is the founder of an inspiring radio podcast called "The Grind Behind The Business," which airs on all social media platform, as well as I-Heart, Apple, & Spotify Radio. This podcast provides an avenue for promoting businesses and offers tools and resources for entrepreneurs and individuals in the community. ​
